Deposit policy.
All clients are required to make a non refundable deposit when booking their first appointment. Deposits are deducted from the final session of a tattoo.
Deposits are forfeited by the client in the event of a no show, or if an appointment is cancelled with a notice of 72 hours or less.
A no show is considered any appointment that the client doesn’t show for without notice, 30 minutes or more into the appointment time.
If a client cancels with a notice of 72 hours or less and we are able to fill the last minute opening, the clients deposit will remain in good standing. If the client cancels with more than 72 hours notice, regardless of if we are able to fill the appointment slot or not, the deposit will remain in good standing.
If you cannot keep an appointment it is your responsibility to notify the studio. Our reminders are a curtesy and if the reminder goes un responded to that is not considered a cancellation. We also reserve the right to cancel an appointment if the client is unresponsive.
This policy protects the artists time and helps maintain our schedules.
Thank you for understanding!
