Tattoo Requirements (18+)

You must bring a valid government issued photo ID, driver’s license, permit or passport. We can not take expired IDs, IDs without a photo or photos of your ID. No drugs or alcohol before getting a tattoo.
Tattoo Requirements For Minors (16+)

We do not tattoo minors under the age of 16. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire appointment. We require a photo ID and birth certificate for the minor. Photo ID can include a government issued photo ID, drivers license, permit or passport. Birth certificate must be the original, no photocopies. For the parent or guardian we require a valid government issued photo ID, driver’s license or passport. Legal guardians: If you have been assigned legal custody of the minor you must bring the original court documents assigning custody. All documents must be the original no photocopies.
Piercing Requirements (18+)

Piercing Requirements For Minors (7+)

We do not pierce minors under the age of 7. We offer earlobe piercings to minors starting at age 7. For age requirements on all other piercings email the shop at visionarytattoostudio@gmail.com.

For minors without a government issued photo ID we can take a school photo ID along with a birth certificate.
